BMW To Open First Official Showroom In Laos

BMW Group Asia has expanded its business presence to include Laos in its East Asia region. Premium Auto Laos, the authorised BMW importer in Laos, will open its new showroom in Central Vientiane (23 Singha Road)

Premium Auto Laos is part of the biggest automotive group in Laos, whose local presence traces back to the 1990s in the area of car manufacturing and sales in Vientiane. Today, its business operations have expanded into other fields including; Electronic and furniture distribution, Finance, Agriculture, Leisure, Media and Logistics. Its company presence has also grown to include other markets outside of Laos, such as Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, China and Hong Kong.

“As the demand for BMW continues to grow in our region, we are now onto the latest phase of our ongoing strategic expansion plan to include the frontier markets of Southeast Asia including; Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos,” said Mr Sergio Solero, Managing Director of BMW Group Asia.

BMW To Open First Official Showroom In LaosOccupying up to 2,850 sqm of floor space, the new BMW showroom with a mezzanine floor is located at the bustling central Vientiane, and can display up to 21 BMW vehicles with 6 service bays.

The expansion move will effectively bring BMW Group Asia’s current portfolio up to 14 markets including; Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Guam, Tahiti, New Caledonia, Mongolia, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos.
