Although there’s still no English language library in Vientiane, at this small, second-hand book store, located at the “Black Stupa”, near to the US Embassy you can find books in English, French, German, Dutch, Lao and many other languages. Buy as many as you want, and once you’re finished reading them you can always take them back and exchange them for new ones at 50% of the price
