Whiz Bang Barossa Shiraz
The grapes for this wine were sourced from selected premium vineyards in the Barossa Valley. Picked at night to make sure that they were as cool as possible, they were crushed and allowed to macerate for 2 days before inoculation and fermentation. Pressed off skins and allowed to go through the second malolactic fermentation, the wine spent 9 months on oak and had minimal handling prior to filtration for bottling.
A beautiful expression of Barossa Shiraz, Whiz Bang will continue to develop in the bottle for five plus years. This wine is a perfect partner for any casual barbecue or pizza with friends and is delightful with aged cheddar or pecorino cheeses to finish a meal.
