Longer Leases

If you enjoy your rental property in Laos, you don’t want to worry about what will happen at the end of your lease. We suggest a long lease of over two years and negotiating an annual rental fee increase of between 2-4%. This way you can stay long-term and will also be able to plan for future rental increases. Your landlord will also be happy to know you are a committed tenant. Of course, if you do leave early, give plenty of notice and there will be no hard feelings.
