No one in Bokeo province was hurt by an earthquake that killed one person and injured several others in Thailand on Monday, although tremors were felt.

A strong and shallow earthquake rattled northern Thailand on Monday afternoon, shaking tall buildings in Bangkok hundreds of miles to the south.
