Yoga In Vientiane

Yoga in Vientiane

Yoga isn’t only for ultra-flexible yogis who sit cross legged next to beautiful tropical vegetation around some calm river at sunset. Its also not only for those who have achieved that inner-peace meditative state and sit with their eyes closed for two hours a day.

Yoga is for everyone. And in Vientiane you have some world-class teachers at your disposal. With multiple yoga styles and class setups, you can stretch and strengthen your way to your best yogi self.

Yoga studios are located throughout Vientiane and schedules are usually posted online and can be found on the Vientiane Sports and Fitness Facebook group.

For additional information or if you have any questions, some studios have listed email addresses, although Facebook messenger is also a reliable method to get in touch. Studios are well equipped, and usually provide yoga mats for hire and yoga equipment for purchase. Single classes and drop-ins are usually slightly more expensive, with studios offering discounted weekly or monthly passes or class packs for more dedicated yogis, whatever your level of experience, budget, schedule or fitness.
