J&C Group Celebrates Successful Year By Awarding Team Members

It was another incredible year for our J&C Group with lots of challenges and achievements! 

In 2021 …

1. We doubled the size of our team
2. We constructed a new office building
3. We invested into learning courses for our team members
4. We added a lot of new equipment, especially for our new video recording studio
5. We added a Human Resources Department
6. We wrote a staff handbook, implemented hiring processes and probably as one of a few only companies in Laos:
7. We published our Code of Conduct!

Our J&C Insurance Broker team, winning two international awards this year, proudly achieved a new growth record!
J&C Marketing, gaining several new big international clients, doubled the cumulative results of the previous years just this year alone!!
Our other various departments (Investment and Real Estate) worked intensively on specific projects, which will all come to fruition during 2022!

Our teams have done an incredible job this year, especially taking into account the challenges of having to work from home during two lockdowns.

Whilst each team member has earned our full recognition, we are very proud to present at our annual dinner the following awards:

–        Special Appreciation Award: Southida Vannasone
