J&C Group Announces Leadership Transition

J&C Group, a leading provider of insurance, marketing and investment services in Laos, is pleased to announce a leadership transition effective July 1st, 2024.

Lukasz Nitka and Fabrice Decico, both existing partners at J&C Group, will assume full responsibility for the financial operations and management of the company. Lukasz will oversee J&C Marketing, J&C Investment, and J&C Real Estate. Fabrice will continue his successful leadership of J&C Insurance Brokers.

J&C Group founder Stephan R. Aeschbach will remain involved as President, offering strategic guidance and support to Lukasz and Fabrice.
