Team Member Tests Positive For COVID-19
Update 9 November:
All potentially exposed team members have tested negative for Covid-19 !

Yesterday the management of J&C Group was notified that one of our team members had been confirmed as having the COVID-19 virus. The team member contracted the virus through a family member. As soon as the employee knew about the positive test result of the family member, she went for a test and self isolated at home. Her last day at work was Thursday, 4th November.
At this time, the team member is in state quarantine, she is feeling well and has no symptoms.
At J&C Group, we’re taking all necessary precautions. All potentially exposed team members are isolating and will be tested today. Today we close our office facilities to undertake a 1-day deep clean as recommended by the health authorities.
J&C Group is strictly compliant with the Lao Government’s directives to control and prevent Covid-19. Most of our team members are working from home, with only a few staff present at the office. The temperature of all staff is taken twice a day and documented. All our staff members have been fully vaccinated.
The team member concerned had no direct contact with clients or third parties. We continue to adhere to our strict policy not allowing visitors to access our office facilities except for the meeting room, which is decontaminated after each use.
We will continue to honestly inform you, our employees, customers and community. Every effort will be taken. Also we will continue to support our clients as always.
Especially in these days, we again encourage everyone to take precautions, wash your hands and wear a mask and practice physical distancing when you do have to go out.
