Bank BFL Launches VISA Debit Card

Banque Franco-Lao (BFL), a joint venture between BRED Banque Populaire subsidiary COFIBRED and Banque pour le Commerce Exterieur Lao (BCEL), is launching a new VISA Debit Card program.

BFL is the chosen partner bank of J&C Services; by referring our Expat customers to BFL we rest assured that they will receive modern, professional premium banking services.

Visa debit cards are a convenient and secure way to pay anytime, anywhere. With the new VISA debit card BFL clients will be able to shop online, draw money at ATM’s and to pay directly from their bank account, locally and worldwide.

For its launch, BFL is offering its clients the two following packages:

  • Silver Package: Personal Account, VISA Debit Card, E-Banking, Personal Accident Insurance

There is a special price for customers who subscribe before the 31st December 2014: 15,000 kip/month for the first year; following year and normal price is 45,000kip/month

  • Gold Package: VISA Debit Card, Interest Rate, Cheque book, E-Banking, Overdraft (Subject to BFL approval), Personal Accident Insurance and Travel Insurance

Also here there is a special price for customers who subscribe before the 31st December 2014: 45,000 kip/month for the first year; following year and normal price is 100,000kip/month
