Nice Buns!

If you love “sweet bread” as much as some, check out this bakery just before the roundabout on Dongpalan Rd (near the ACLEDA bank). They have all kinds of different buns; some with chocolate or tamarind fillings, some with coconut toppings and some with custard or red-bean fillings. All in all there are about 6 or 7 different bun varieties. One bun sells for just Kip 2,000 and if you purchase ten they will give you one free.

The store also sells sandwiches (Lao style with pate, butter and pork), which are some of the best in town. All bread is baked fresh on site every morning.  The store is located on the opposite side of the road to Comcentre College, just after a second-hand car dealership.
